Is this thing on?
testing, testing...1,2....Oh! It's working. *blush*
PHEW!! After weeks of chaotic frenzy, the craziness of life has finally slowed down to a gentle whirlwind. I apologize for the little blogging break. Sometimes I feel like I can do nothing more than hang on for dear life and enjoy the ride. The days just ZIP right past. So many events and happenings to blog about:
- wonderful gifts
- a few fun tags
- new fab friends
- boutique cafe getaway adventure
- positive thinking results
- FAV spring recipes
- upcoming digi-slumber party
- new apron styles...including HALTER adult and child styles. Yippppeee!!
No, I won't even attempt to smoosh it all into one post. I've been known to be a bit random and long-winded, but that would be downright overwhelming--even for me! LOL So I'll give you just a small taste of what I've been working on and leave the rest for future posts.
Many of you have probably already heard the news....sweet Amy blogged about it a couple days ago.

Oh my goodness, was I ever honored when the most fabulous gifter in the WORLD asked to sell my aprons at her Paris Flea Market event. After hyperventilating, of course I said yes!!! And I truly do consider it a privilege. Not only is Amy one of the kindest people I have ever *known* (I say that because while I have never actually met dear Amy, I feel like I do indeed know her.) she has impeccable taste! I'm just delighted!! Here's a peek of what I sent off to my Inspire Company friend.
Oh, how I HOPE she likes them, and that they sell. I tried to include a smattering of styles....some a little more eclectic and funky (those are my favorite, you know! LOL), and some very girly and sweet. Most of all, I just had fun! I think polka-dot tulle has just become my signature fabric. ;)
Hope you're all doing well!
All the very best~
Kim
Oh good golly but do I love them all! I can't wait to get them and I know they will sell. You are such a wonderful designer and your gift is obvious in everything you make.
Love them all!

Oh my sweet new friend Kim,
I adore them all! I think my favorite MIGHT be the Dogwood Blossom one but then again, I do have eclectic taste and love them all. You are amazingly talented so I know that each of them will sell extremely well. Do tell more-I am so excited to hear about this. It should be no surprise that I have sewn clothing with almost all of those fabrics-still snickering that without even knowing each other, we've been known to blend some of the same unexpected ones together. Great minds my friend, great minds. I am so happy for you and happy we have crossed paths. You are an inspiration. :)

Oh my FLIPPIN' goodness girl. Those aprons are to die for! Unbelievable. You've outdone YOURSELF which is saying a WHOLE lot. Absolutely love every single one of 'em. They will be the hit of the boutique. And I have to hear more about this boutique cafe outting. I saw your comment on that blog and was SO jealous. I HAVE to come out there and see what the deal is with Utah and all the creativity that seems to just saturate that whole state. :) I owe ya an email. Tons more questions for ya so maybe tonight I can get to that. :)
Did I mention how awesome those aprons are?! I could just look at them all day and you've got me one mouse click away from a dangerously expensive fabric shopping trip. LOL :)

I love them all! I'm so glad to have you back, I've been worrying that you sewed over your pretty little fingers and that you couldn't type (or sew for that matter, which would probably be the end of your world...) due to all the bedraggled bandages!!! But I'm glad to see you are well and as fabulous as ever!
And remember to take care of yourself, as always my dear! *B
