As I was dropping Olivia off at school this afternoon, I had a hankering for a pastry. It's a craving I have often. And I frequently have to give in. There's a fantastic pastry shop in town that I love to pop into for *lunch*. Here's a shot of the creation I enjoyed today~
A buttery tart shell....delicate & sweet raspberry mousse....GIGANTIC tart and juicy raspberries on top....all drizzled with a sweet apricot glaze. Perfection! I think I just may have another hankering tomorrow. :)
I hope your day was a good as mine.
That's just almost too lovely to eat! It reminded me that there is a french bakery that opened close by. I will have to indulge myself one day soon.

Mmmmmm that looks SO good. I need to make my post-preschool drop off pitstops a bit more fabulous. I just went to the grocery store...that is not nearly as fun.
